Services may include video content production, organic social media strategies, PR campaigns, and workshops. All services are subject to availability and may be provided on a case-by-case basis through separate agreements.
The Site is hosted on the Wix.com platform, and certain features (like contact forms or email communications) may involve third-party tools such as Google Workspace. I am not responsible for the performance, security, or terms of these third-party providers. 2. Eligibility and User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

Payments are due as specified in invoices, typically via bank transfer or other agreed methods. Late payments may incur fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a service agreement. I reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I, Patrick Blue, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. My total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
The Site and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. I do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Since the Site relies on third-party platforms like Wix and Google, I am not liable for any issues, downtime, or data problems caused by them.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Patrick Blue from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
8. Termination
I may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ireland. If you are an EU consumer, you may have additional rights under EU law.

11. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and me regarding the Site and Services. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver.
